La factura. Es el documento mediante el cual la entidad indica al usuario el monto de sus obligaciones pecuniarias por concepto de los servicios que ella le presta durante un período dado y que sirve como instrumento para el recaudo. No habrá exoneración en el pago de los servicios de acueducto o alcantarillado para ninguna persona natural o jurídica.
