Calidad del agua. El agua que se suministre a través del sistema de acueducto deberá ser apta para el consumo humano; si no llegare a serlo por situaciones accidentales o permanentes, la entidad deberá mantener informados a los usuarios de esta circunstancia y recomendar las medidas requeridas para su potabilización. La entidad no será responsable por la contaminación del agua potable que pueda ocurrir a partir del registro de corte general.
