Continuidad del servicio de acueducto. La entidad no podrá suspender o cortar el servicio de acueducto sin existir causa justificada. Si así lo hiciera deberá proceder de inmediato a la reconexión sin cobro alguno y hará las investigaciones del caso para sancionar a los funcionarios culpables del hecho. En el caso de suspensiones programadas del servicio, la entidad deberá avisar a sus usuarios con suficiente anticipación, a través del medio de difusión más efectivo que se disponga en la población atendida.
