Amnistía para acometidas clandestinas. Con el objeto de regularizar la prestación del servicio a usuarios que se encuentren derivando agua a través de acometidas clandestinas, la entidad podrá decretar amnistía en las condiciones que considere convenientes. No obstante, la amnistía solo se otorgará a aquellos usuarios que soliciten regularizar su situación, siempre y cuando la entidad, de oficio o por aviso de terceros, no haya indicado por escrito al usuario sobre la existencia de la situación.
