Colaboración en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones domiciliarias. Cuando el usuario lo solicite o cuando se presenten consumos excesivos injustificados, la entidad deberá efectuar una revisión de las redes domiciliarias a fin de establecer si hay deterioros en ellas y, de ser el caso, deberá hacer las sugerencias que considere oportunas para su reparación.
