Conexión entre redes. La construcción de otras obras de infraestructura necesarias para conectar las redes locales con las redes matrices de la entidad podrán ser ejecutadas por la entidad o por un tercero a juicio de ésta. Los costos correspondientes serán asumidos por el interesado. Las anteriores obras serán entregadas a la entidad para su manejo, operación, mantenimiento y uso dentro de sus programas de prestación del servicio, exceptuando aquellas que no se encuentran ubicadas sobre vía pública y que no cuenten con servidumbre en favor de la entidad.
