Exclusividad del servicio de acueducto. El servicio de acueducto que se suministre a un inmueble será para uso exclusivo del mismo y no podrá revenderse ni facilitarse a terceros. Ninguna persona podrá hacer derivación alguna de las tuberías o tanques de un inmueble para dar servicio a otro inmueble, salvo autorización expresa y escrita de la entidad.
