Acceso físico a los servicios. Los servicios de acueducto y de alcantarillado se suministrarán única y exclusivamente por intermedio de acometidas autorizadas por la entidad. Los inmuebles que tengan linderos sobre calle o vía provista con alcantarillado público deberán conectarse al sistema de alcantarillado.
