El reglamento de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado. El presente Decreto contiene el conjunto de normas que regulan las relaciones que se generan entre la entidad que presta los servicios públicos de acueducto y alcantarillado y los suscriptores y usuarios del mismo. Tanto la entidad como sus suscriptores y usuarios deberán acatar y respetar todas y cada una de las disposiciones aquí establecidas.
