El Departamento Nacional de Planeación ejercerá control de resultados, con fundamento en el artículo 77 de la Ley 38 de 1989 y en las metas establecidas en el Plan Operativo anual de Inversión, con la finalidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos señalados como prioritarios por el Gobierno Nacional. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación presentará al Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y social, Conpes, evaluaciones referentes al cumplimiento de las metas previstas con su correspondiente impacto macroeconómico y sectorial.
