La Dirección General del Presupuesto hará sobre los organismos y entidades sujetos al control, los análisis sobre la ejecución del presupuesto y el cumplimiento de los objetivos señaladas como prioritarios por el Gobierno Nacional. Cuando lo solicite el Director General del Presupuesto, se efectuará el análisis de la capacidad de endeudamiento de las entidades y organismos del orden nacional.
