Las reservas de apropiación que los establecimientos públicos constituyan con recursos propios, se sustentarán con las certificaciones del Ordenador de Gasto y los documentos soporte, y serán refrendadas por el Auditor Fiscal correspondiente. La ejecución presupuestal de las reservas así constituidas se efectuará a través de los acuerdos de gastos internos, de lo cual se reportará a la Dirección General del Presupuesto para su correspondiente seguimiento.
