El Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal, Confis, determinará las entidades a que se refiere el literal d) del artículo 17 del Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto General de la Nación, y la fecha en que deben presentar anualmente sus proyectos de presupuesto a la Dirección General del Presupuesto, en los formularios que se prescriban.
