El Departamento Nacional de Planeación, para la elaboración del Plan Operativo Anual de Inversión, asignará a los organismos y entidades cuotas preliminares de gastos de inversión, con recursos de la Nación, sujetándose a las proyecciones del Plan Financiero e indicando las fuentes de financiación. De este procedimiento deberá tener conocimiento el correspondiente Consejo Regional de Planificación, Corpes.
