La Dirección General del Presupuesto solicitará a los establecimientos públicos la relación de la deuda garantizada y la asumida directamente y la someterá a estudio de la Dirección General de Crédito Público para que se verifique si la información corresponde al monto total y a los vencimientos anuales.
