º Para efectos del cumplimiento del artículo anterior, las Asociaciones de Pensionados de la Empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en liquidación, que tengan personería jurídica, elegirán por intermedio de sus representantes legales, a los Miembros Principal y Suplente, que los representarán ante la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia. La elección se realizará por el sistema de la mayoría absoluta, es decir que serán elegidos quienes obtengan la mitad más uno de los votos.
