º El representante de las Asociaciones de Pensionados de la Empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en liquidación, con su respectivo suplente de que trata el literal d) del artículo 7º del Decreto 1951 de 1983, será nombrado por el Gobierno Nacional mediante Decreto para un período de dos (2) años y su elección se llevará a cabo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en este Decreto.
