º Cuando no hubiere movimiento en alguna de las actuaciones que deben consignarse en los cuadros a que se refiere el presente Decreto, el Cónsul dejará constancia de la carencia de movimiento en el Cuadro I (Movimiento General del Consulado) y en el oficio remisorio que debe enviarse a comienzos de cada mes.
