Las entidades estatales que requieran la prestación de servicios de salud, deberán obtener previamente por los menos dos (2) ofertas a personas naturales o jurídicas que presten dicho servicios y se encuentren inscritas en el registro especial nacional del Ministerio de Salud de conformidad con la Ley 10 de 1990. No obstante lo anterior, la entidad estatal podrá contratar directamente, sin haber obtenido previamente varias ofertas en los eventos previstos en el inciso cuarto y en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 3 de este Decreto.
