En los contratos cuyo objeto sea la adquisición de productos de origen o destinación agropecuarios, que se ofrezcan en bolsas de productos legalmente constituidas, la entidad estatal contratará directamente en los términos y condiciones que establezcan las disposiciones legales sobre dicho mercado.
