Los operaciones de crédito público, las operaciones asimiladas, las operaciones del manejo de la deuda y las conexas con las anteriores, se contrataran directamente, en los términos previstos en la Ley 80 de 1993 y en el Decreto numero 2681 de 1993, así como en las demás normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan.
