En la contratación directa el jefe o representante de la entidad estatal, o el funcionario en que hubiere delegado, deberá tener en cuenta que la selección del contratista deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de los principios de economía, transparencia y en especial del deber de selección objetiva, establecidos en la Ley 80 de 1993.
