º Los empleados que conforme al presente Decreto deban calificar los servicios del personal de carrera que de ellos dependa, tendrán la obligación de hacerlo en los períodos y circunstancias señalados en el artículo anterior. El incumplimiento de este deber constituye falta grave y será sancionado disciplinariamente sin perjuicio de que cumplan su obligación de calificar.
