º La Junta a que se refiere el artículo 7º del Decreto 678 de 1988, tendrá además la coordinación de las operaciones de rehabilitación económica y social del área, que están bajo la responsabilidad de los distintos funcionarios que integren esta Junta. Para tal efecto y para controlar el desarrollo de las medidas adoptadas por los diferentes organismos, el Jefe Militar solicitará periódicamente su convocatoria.
