º Adiciónase el artículo 4º del Decreto 678 de 1988, con los siguientes literales: j) Perseguir activamente a los reos prófugos que existan en la zona, y en general ejecutar las capturas que ordenen los jueces competentes. k) Solicitar informes a los jueces y demás empleados sobre determinados asuntos que no sean reservados, cuando los considere necesarios para el mejor desempeño de sus funciones. l) Solicitar del Ministerio Público investigaciones sobre la conducta de los empleados oficiales de la zona y vigilancia sobre los procesos judiciales que se adelanten en la misma.
