º El literal h) del artículo 4º del Decreto 678 de 1988, quedará así: "h) Dictar en caso de urgencia o gravedad, con carácter de provisionales, órdenes o disposiciones administrativas de ejecución inmediata, que sean de competencia de funcionarios nacionales y juzgue indispensables para el mantenimiento o restablecimiento del orden público. El Jefe Militar estará obligado a informar a la autoridad competente dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes sobre las medidas tomadas, las cuales tendrán carácter definitivo cuando sean confirmadas por ella".
