º El Veedor para los Derechos Humanos tendrá como función asesorar al Jefe Militar del Urabá Antioqueño en todos los aspectos relacionados con la defensa, protección y promoción de los Derechos Humanos y las demás a que se refiere el artículo 2º del Decreto 2111 de 1987.
