º La Jefatura Militar del Urabá Antioqueño, creada por el Decreto legislativo 678 de 1988, tendrá como colaboradores civiles inmediatos, los siguientes delegados y veedor: - Un delegado para la Reforma Agraria. - Un delegado para las relaciones obrero patronales y protección de la dignidad humana. - Un delegado para la pacificación, representante de la Consejería Presidencial para la Reconciliación, Normalización y Rehabilitación. - Un Veedor para los derechos humanos, representante de la Consejería Presidencial para la Defensa, Protección y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos.
