º A partir del 1º de enero de 1989, cada Magistrado del Consejo Nacional Electoral, devengará el setenta y cinco (75%) de la remuneración total asignada a los Consejeros de Estado, mensualmente. La cuantía de sus viáticos, cuando cumplan comisiones de servicio será igual a la señalada para el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
