º Las Juntas o Consejos Directivos y los Gerentes, Directores o Presidentes de las entidades a que se refiere el presente Decreto, serán responsables de la aplicación y ejecución de sus disposiciones. De conformidad con las normas vigentes podrán ser sancionados en caso de inobservancia o uso indebido de las atribuciones conferidas.
