º El Gobernador de Antioquia, los Alcaldes de los Municipios citados en el artículo 2º de este Decreto y todas las autoridades civiles que ejerzan funciones en el área geográfica que integra el Urabá Antioqueño, están obligadas a prestarle al Jefe Militar la colaboración que éste les solicite encaminada a tomar las medidas necesarias para el restablecimiento del orden público en dicha zona.
