º Los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión que a treinta de diciembre de 1987 hubieren concedido préstamos para vivienda que excedan el porcentaje previsto en el numeral 4º del artículo 2º del Decreto 2514 de 1987, deberán disminuir progresivamente la participación que tengan dichos préstamos en sus activos, para ajustarse a lo establecido en dicho artículo a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1992. Para tal efecto deberán presentar a la Comisión Nacional de Valores un plan de ajuste para dicho período, dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha de entrada en vigor del presente Decreto.
