Referencias normativas. Las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes a la Empresa Territorial para la Salud, ETESA, deberán entenderse referidas a la Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado, COLJUEGOS, si se relacionan con las funciones asignadas en este Decreto y en la Ley a dicha Empresa.
