Estructura . Como consecuencia del cambio de naturaleza, objeto y funciones determinados en el presente decreto para la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, ANH, el Gobierno Nacional, en desarrollo de sus facultades constitucionales y legales, modificará su estructura interna. Los servidores públicos continuarán desarrollando las funciones a ellos asignadas hasta tanto se adopte la nueva estructura interna.
