Régimen de Personal . Los servidores de la Agencia en materia de administración de personal y de carrera administrativa continuarán rigiéndose por lo señalado en el Sistema General, en los términos establecidos en la Ley 909 de 2004 y el Decreto-ley 2400 de 1968 y en las demás normas que lo modifiquen y adicionen. En materia salarial y prestacional se regirán por lo señalado por el Gobierno Nacional en ejercicio de las facultades consagradas en la Ley 4 ª de 1992.
