°. Naturaleza jurídica . Cámbiase la naturaleza jurídica de la Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones - Colpensiones, Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado, al de Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado organizada como entidad financiera de carácter especial, vinculada al Ministerio de Trabajo, para que ejerza las funciones señaladas en el presente decreto y en las disposiciones legales vigentes, con la finalidad de otorgar los derechos y beneficios establecidos por el sistema general de seguridad social consagrado en el artículo 48 de la Constitución Política.
