Incurrirán en causal de mala conducta, sancionable con la pérdida del empleo

Quienes viajen al exterior sin el cumplimiento de la totalidad de los requisitos exigidos en este Decreto;

Quien trámite decretos o resoluciones que otorguen comisiones en el exterior, sin el cumplimiento de las previsiones de este Decreto;

Los funcionarios que sin el cumplimiento de las normas legales sobre presupuesto expidan certificados de disponibilidad presupuestal sin existir la partida suficiente en el momento de expedir la certificación.
