El comisionado podrá recibir su sueldo, pasajes aéreos, marítimos o terrestres de clase económica y cualquier otro auxilio pactado en convenios de la entidad a que pertenezca el comisionado con el Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior, Icetex. En aquellas entidades que en virtud de la índole eminentemente técnica de sus funciones deban enviar a sus funcionarios a recibir capacitación en el exterior previa autorización de la junta o consejo directivo o superior, podrá otorgarse un auxilio de viaje, en la cuantía que determine este organismo.
