A la solicitud de autorización de comisión de estudios en el exterior deberá acompañarse concepto favorable del Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior, Icetex, expresado a través de la Comisión Nacional de Becas, de la cual forma parte el Jefe del Departamento, Administrativo del Servicio Civil o su delegado.
