En ningún caso a las personas que reciban comisión de servicio, de conformidad con las disposiciones de este Decreto, se les podrá fijar gastos de representación. A los comisionados sólo se les podrán suministrar pasajes aéreos, marítimos o terrestres de clase económica. Exceptúanse de esta última limitación, los funcionarios que en razón de su investidura o rango sean expresamente autorizados por la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, o por la junta o consejo directivo o superior, según el caso.
