º. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía autorizará a Ecopetrol las entregas de volúmenes de gas propano G.L.P., a las almacenadoras, una vez que el distribuidor cumpla con los requisitos para su correcta distribución de acuerdo con las normas del Ministerio. Igualmente las almacenadoras sólo podrán manejar los cupos de gas propano debidamente autorizados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
