Las almacenadoras deberán sujetarse a las resoluciones de precios de gas propano G.L.P. que dicte el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, así como a las normas de carácter técnico, especialmente el Decreto 499 de 1948, y las Resoluciones 580 de 1960, 904 y 1397 de 1965 del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, y las disposiciones que las modifiquen.
