º. Cuando por circunstancias de producción y de suministro de las refinerías y plantas de gas, Ecopetrol entregue a las almacenadoras volúmenes de gas propano G.L.P. menores o superiores a los cupos adjudicados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, las entregas de la almacenadora a los distribuidores deberán efectuarse en forma proporcional al cupo de cada empresa distribuidora, sin distinciones de ninguna clase, so pena de las sanciones contempladas en el presente Decreto.
