º. Definición. Para todos los efectos legales del presente Decreto, se entiende por Almacenadora, el establecimiento que posea las instalaciones y equipos apropiados para el recibo, almacenaje y entrega de volúmenes o cupos de gas propano G.L.P., asignados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, el cual recibe de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, el gas propano G.L.P., por el sistema de Trasiego.
