º El Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá eximir de la presentación de examen para obtención de licencia de Radioaficionado, cuando se trate de solicitud del Presidente de la República, Ministros, Senadores, Representantes, Magistrados de la Corte y Consejo de Estado, altos mandos militares y miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático, cuando a su juicio las razones expuestas lo justifique.
