ARTICULO 24 . La universidad Pedagógica Nacional, deberá someter a consideración del Gobierno Nacional en el término de 60 de días a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las plantas de personal docente, empleados y trabajadores oficiales, de que trata el artículo 59 del Decreto 80 de 1980, sin exceder el monto de la apropiación prevista por servicios personales en el presupuesto general de la Nación, correspondiente a la actual vigencia.
