ARTICULO 10. La presentación de solicitudes y documentación para la promoción o estudio de factores para la acumulación de unidades de ascenso dentro de cada categoría, o para obtener la remuneración adicional de que trata el artículo 3º del presente decreto, será hasta el 15 de agosto de cada año. A partir de esta fecha se harán las evaluaciones del caso por la Universidad, para efectos de fijar por méritos dentro de cada categoría. Los efectos fiscales serán a partir del 1º de enero del año siguiente, previo el acto administrativo respectivo.
