ARTICULO 8o. Los docentes de que tratan los artículos 6º y 7º del presente Decreto podrán ser remunerados en las cuantías indicadas en el artículo 2º del mismo, sí solicitan el escalafonamiento en las categorías definitivas de la Carrera docente Universitaria, previa evaluación y revisión de la totalidad de su hoja de vida. Los efectos fiscales serán a partir del escalafonamiento.
