ARTICULO 7o. A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, los docentes de tiempo completo y de tiempo parcial vinculados a la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional antes del 23 de febrero de 1984 y quienes no hayan sido escalafonados en la Carrera Docente Universitaria con posterioridad a tal fecha, mientras no se encuentren en tal situación, devengará la remuneración que les correspondía a 31 de diciembre de 1990 conforme al Decreto 75 de 1990, incrementada en un veinte por ciento (20%).
