Aquellas exportaciones de mercancías con componentes o materia prima extranjera tendrán derecho a la devolución de los derechos de importación y demás impuestos que haya aplicado la Aduana, excepto el impuesto intendencial equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) de su valor CIF.
